This is an easy breakfast option that will satisfy your pumpkin spice cravings without picking up a sugary drink or processed treat.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 cup plain lowfat Greek yogurt
- 1 ice cube
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Makes 1 smoothie. Double if you want to share! Repeat until you are pumpkin spiced out.
