Healthy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Okay, one last pumpkin post!  I know pumpkin spice has become so popular it is now a punchline, but it's popular for a reason - it's delicious!  I love a good seasonal treat, and even better if I can make it healthy.  This is an easy breakfast option that will satisfy your pumpkin spice cravings without picking up a sugary drink or processed treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup plain lowfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 ice cube

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.  Makes 1 smoothie.  Double if you want to share!  Repeat until you are pumpkin spiced out.
